Waiver Forms!
Important! If you're a youth and you're coming to youth events, then you need to give us a waiver form. This is for legal reasons. You only need to fill out one per year though, so if you've already given us a waiver form at a past event, you're good to go.
Download the 2011-2012 waiver.
Instructions:
- Show it to your parents
- Fill it out
- Sign it with your parents
- Give it to a leader at the next event
